The residence “Petra”, with a total area of 118 sq.m., consists of two single-storey stone buildings, thoughtfully composed to create private courtyards and outdoor living spaces between them. The 20 sq.m. swimming pool, accompanied by a built-in outdoor seating area, is positioned at the southernmost edge of the property, offering unobstructed views and moments of relaxation. Two large pergolas—one at the main veranda and one at the outdoor BBQ area—provide ample shade during the warm months.

The property also includes an underground space housing the pool’s mechanical equipment, as well as a rainwater collection tank, both with independent external access.

Access to the residence is provided via a shared pathway, leading through a staircase to the central courtyard, enhancing the property’s sense of privacy and authentic character.
